Are you a law firm?
No. Małgorzata helps with formalities and can act as your proxy (pełnomocnik). This is not legal advice from an attorney or legal adviser.
Can you guarantee that my application will be approved?
No. The decision belongs to the office. We make sure your application is complete, correct and filed properly.
Do I need to be in Kraków?
No. Consultations and most of the work run online. Kraków is our local base.
Who will I deal with?
Małgorzata, directly. She has five years of experience with immigration formalities, based in Kraków and working online.
Working with us
Can you help with PESEL, a bank account and settling in?
Yes. We explain the order of steps, prepare your documents and guide you through registration, PESEL, the trusted profile and your bank. We cannot do personal steps for you where the law requires you to act yourself, and we cannot guarantee that a bank will open an account. The Start in Poland package starts at 900 zł; in Kraków we can also go with you to the office and the bank, and in other cities by arrangement.
Can you act on my behalf?
Yes, with the Full Support package we act as your proxy (pełnomocnik) on the basis of a power of attorney you sign. The law requires you to sign and submit the application in MOS yourself, so we guide you through that step; the proxy then represents you in the proceedings. With Document Prep you also submit yourself.
How do I book?
Book an online consultation (150 PLN). You pick a time and pay online. If online booking is not available yet, write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
Do you work with people outside Kraków?
Yes. Most of the work is online, for clients across Poland and from abroad.
Which languages do you work in?
The site is in English. Polish is coming. Tell us your language when you contact us.
Money
What does the consultation cost?
The online consultation starts at 150 PLN. If you continue with Document Prep or Full Support, the 150 PLN is credited toward the package.
Are official fees included?
No. Fees charged by offices are separate and paid by you directly to the office. We will tell you what applies to your case during the consultation.
What is the difference between Document Prep and Full Support?
With Document Prep we prepare your application and documents and you file it yourself. With Full Support we also act as your proxy: we file, deal with the office, handle requests for missing documents and collect the decision.
