What she does

• Prepares and checks your application and documents.
• Guides you step by step while you sign and submit the application in MOS. The law requires you to do that part yourself.
• Represents you as proxy (pełnomocnik) in the proceedings when you give a power of attorney: contact with the office, requests to supplement documents, collecting the decision.
• Explains deadlines and next steps in plain language.

What she is not

• She is not a lawyer or legal adviser, and MyPermit.pl is not a law firm. For complex legal disputes you may need an attorney.
• No outcome is guaranteed. Decisions belong to the authorities.
• She never asks for your login credentials to government portals.
