# Terms of service

Last updated: 25 Oct 2026

MyPermit.pl helps foreigners with formalities for staying in Poland. We prepare documents, guide you through the process and, if you choose, represent you as proxy. We are not a law firm and we cannot guarantee any decision of an office.

## 1. Who provides the service

[Seller name], operating as MyPermit.pl, address for service: [address for service], e-mail: [e-mail]. The activity is run as unregistered business activity (działalność nieewidencjonowana).

## 2. Services

- **Consultation**(online): a one-to-one meeting to explain your situation and next steps.
- **Document Prep:**we prepare your application and documents. You submit the application yourself.
- **Full Support:**we prepare your application, guide you step by step while you sign and submit it in the MOS portal, and then represent you as proxy in the proceedings, based on a power of attorney.
- **Start in Poland:**help with address registration, PESEL, the trusted profile and a bank account, online and, in Kraków (other cities by arrangement), in person at the office or the bank. We cannot guarantee that a bank opens an account.
- Other matters (family cases, appeals, other) are quoted individually before work starts.

## 3. What we do not do

- We do not give legal advice as an advocate (adwokat) or legal adviser (radca prawny) and we are not a law firm.
- We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or how long the office will take. Decisions belong to the authorities.
- The law requires you to sign and submit your residence application yourself in MOS. We cannot do it for you and we will never ask for your login credentials.
- Certified copies of documents are made by a notary, by a proxy who is a lawyer, or at the office. We do not certify them.

## 4. What we need from you

You agree to give us accurate and complete information and documents, to answer our questions in good time, and to tell us about changes in your situation. We are not responsible for refusals or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information from you.

## 5. Prices and payment

- Prices on the website are starting prices (“from”) in Polish zloty. The final price for your case is agreed with you before work starts.
- Official fees (for example stamp duty and card fees) are separate and are paid by you directly to the office. Translations and notary costs are also separate.
- The consultation fee is credited toward Document Prep or Full Support if you continue.
- Payment is made online (Stripe) or as agreed in writing. [Payment methods and any proof of payment to be confirmed.]

## 6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer and we conclude the contract at a distance, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the service within this period, you pay for what we have done up to the withdrawal. If the service is fully performed with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, the right ends. To withdraw, write to [e-mail].

## 7. Complaints

Send complaints to [e-mail] or [address for service]. We reply within 14 days. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution and ask consumer organisations for help.

## 8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned, except for damage caused intentionally. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

## 9. Personal data

See our [privacy policy](https://mypermit.pl/en/privacy.html).

## 10. Governing law

Polish law applies. These terms may be updated. The version in force when you order applies to your order.
