Last updated: 25 Oct 2026

We use your personal data only to answer you and to carry out the services you ask for. This site sets no cookies that need consent and uses no tracking or analytics.

## 1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is [Seller name], operating as MyPermit.pl, address for service: [address for service], e-mail: [e-mail]. The activity is run as unregistered business activity (działalność nieewidencjonowana).

## 2. What data we collect and why

- **Contact form and messages (WhatsApp, e-mail):**your name, e-mail, phone (optional), topic and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
- **Providing our services:**the details and documents you give us to prepare your case (which may include identity, immigration status, family and employment details). Purpose: to perform the contract. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b).
- **Booking and payment:**if you book a consultation, you enter your details with Cal.com and pay through Stripe (see section 4). We receive confirmation of the booking and payment.
- **Legal obligations:**keeping records where the law requires it (art. 6(1)(c)), and defending against or pursuing claims (art. 6(1)(f)).

## 3. Please do not send sensitive numbers in the form

Do not put passport, ID or card numbers in the contact form. When we need documents we will tell you how to send them.

## 4. Who receives your data

- Our web hosting and e-mail providers, who process data on our behalf.
- Cal.com (scheduling) and Stripe (payments), but only if you click to book. Nothing is loaded from them when you just browse this site. They act under their own privacy terms and may process data outside the EEA under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us there.
- Public authorities, only where we act for you in your case and you have authorised it, or where the law requires.

## 5. How long we keep it

- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client files: for the duration of the service and afterwards for the period needed for possible claims and legal obligations. [Retention period to be confirmed.]

## 6. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [e-mail]. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer you or carry out your case.

## 7. This website

The site sets no cookies that need consent, runs no tracking or analytics, and loads its font from our own server, so your visit does not send your address to third parties. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (for example IP address and time of request) for security and operation. The contact form stores your IP only as a salted hash for a few minutes to limit spam.

## 8. Changes

We will update this policy when something changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
